Cardio Christmas Wreath

 

 

Cardio Stamps for my card project today

 

 

 

Stamped up wreath first with Versafine to create a circle - did mine "by eye" but you could always pencil a circle in. Looking at the branch you will see it lends itself to flow one way so the ends of the branches don't stick out. You can always have a practice on a piece of copy paper first...

 

Used Distress Inks - weathered wood to lightly place hillocks. Left a gap when I did the horizon to use Dried Marigold for the setting sun.

 

Stamped the other features - house, fence, trees and deer. With the deer I grounded him after I had stamped as it's sometimes harder to line up stamp straight onto a line. Added Stickles for snow effect and Liquid Pearls for berries on the wreath

For this card a 6 " x 6" I used the branch from the Oriental Blossom. A bigger branch for a 7" x 7" is in the Greenery Set.
