Hello again

Well here I am again after a week of looking after a lively nearly 3 year old. They certainly keep you on your toes!!!

This is his crafting table. We had great fun making Dragons and then he found some punches which he could use. Holly leaves galore - you can imagine what the floor looked like. Love it!!!!

Have missed my crafting as everything had to go up a level so enjoyed making my piece for the Lavinia challenge.
The whole of the kitchen ceiling has to come down which has all been passed to do by the Loss adjuster. The positive outways the messy negative as we can get rid of the old patched one.
The lawn needs laying and so the jobs keep coming.....no time to go to work....hehe. We are really looking forward to a holiday at the end of June.
Must away to the craft table again - a 40th and a Christening card to sort out....
Hope to post soon.....
Have a good week all

Lavinia Stamps

Lavinia Stamps/Pastel

Hello  and hope you like this "Pastel" card. Used Pans in pale blue for the Background and 3 shades of Green for the shapes ( used a spellbinders die cut label as a template).
Stamped using Distress inks in a pale Lavender, using Lavinia flower and bee stamps. Framed the edge using the tips of a Lavinia tree. This is a really "dainty" tree .

I am entering this card into the Lavinia Challenge Blog#3

This and That

Happy Monday to you all.
What a glorious weekend it was starting with our Workshop  on  Saturday with Eileen eileenscraftyzone.blogspot.com I will post my pictures of the work we did soon. Fabulous techniques and such a lovely group.....

The builders have left and now we are on the home run with a few jobs to do such as laying a new lawn!! Sunday was glorious and made the most of starting in the back garden.     oh and just for luck the kitchen ceiling is falling down due to a leak in the bathroom and just as thought we had got rid of all the dust. Just as well I am retired!!
Have a good week and catch up with you soon.

The top of the Chocolate Cake!!!!

Seahorses and Kelp

Made this card by spritzing the background with Cosmic Shimmer and then stamped the Kelp and Seahorses. I reverse stamped the baby and also stamped the larger ones to decoupage. Used Liquid Pearls to add a little colour.

Raindrops by Designs by Ryn

Stamp by Designs by Ryn and Splodgeaway Mask

Quite a lot on this card - used a beige background and pearlescent paste to mask the background.Stamped Raindrops and embossed with clear cosmic shimmer direct onto the card. Made the flower by stamping with the larger drop for the first layer and the medium for the top layer, cutting, decoupaging and assembling.Cut a Spellbinders circle in parchment and then mounted the flower. Outlined each "petal with silver Liquid Pearls. The decoupaged droplets to finish were stamped with embossing pad and then heat embossed with silver metal magic. Each droplet was coloured with a pale blue to enhance. Phew!
