Chocolate Baroque Stamp Challenge #10 Card 1

My 1st card for the Chocolate Baroque Challenge

A butterfly! What a surprise but this is a beauty....Found this goldy / copper colour heat EP so decided to give it a go...Stamped onto Parchment.which I love cutting out. Found some leaves to use. Coloured with Distress Pens from the back. Embossed and inked a background. Like the contrast of the structured background and the fluidity of the butterfly etc. ( wow - where did that come from!!) Sue Wilson Die for the sentiment.......

Steampunk Butterfly

Sweet Poppy Steampunk Butterfly

A lovely new design from Sweet Poppy Stencil - Steampunk Butterfly
I used glitter medium and made 2 butterflies. As they are symmetrical , when dry, I cut out, running a length of invisible thread down the middle before sticking together. Inked over gaps and then brushed some mica powder over ( new range of beautiful colours from SPS)
Cut an aperture out and embossed and inked the inside.
