I am entering this card into the following Challenge:
My card is on the Citrus Inks theme and uses Distress Inks and the Charming butterfly, sakura and triple butterfly set from Oak House Studio. I masked off the centre panel and shaded dried marigold and squeezed lemonade. I used linen effect card.
Stamped the butterflies onto the card and also off to decoupage. On the cut out butterflies I used heat white embossing powder and colour over with the same Distress Inks.
A quick card using embossing powder and distress inks to colour. Used a Hougie Board to outline white card a nd embellished by adding twine and a coloured paper clay butterfly made with Martha Stewart clay and mould. Topped with a sentiment. Stamp from my stash but would work well with any "posy" style floral stamp
Well fun was certainly had again at our monthly workshop with Eileen!
My second card using PP's uses Silver metallic and Violet for the shading. Again Sunkissed Die cut flowers from Heartfelt Creations range. Memory Box Butterflies and Spellbinders frame and foliage complete this pretty card. Just a couple of bead stems to add finish.
I used a linen effect card base and put a silver metallic PP through a Memory Box Mask.Sealed with cheapo hairspray. Die cut flowers from the Heartfelt Creations Sunkissed Range - such a versatile set and also cut Memory Box Butterflies. I used Magenta Shade and Silver PP on all the embellishments. Assembled the flowers and sprayed all the embellishments and left to dry before assembling the card. Sweet Poppy Stencilled Sentiment. The paper was of an embossed glittered design which gave more interest in the detail as the Pans were added. A few pearls to finish and that's it.Spritzed hairspray to seal the finished card.
My card today is a beautiful Poppy Stamp from a set by Chocolate Baroque. Coloured with Pen Touch Fine line and Jelly Roll pens. Matt and layering and a corner and sentiment stamp to finish.
